Yamato began helping the alliance by helping Shinobu and Oden's son Kozuki Momonosuke escape enemy forces. To the surprise of both Kaidou and Big Mom, Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Red Roc did sufficient harm to Kaidou and to the two Emperors' anger Luffy once again declared he would be the next Pirate King. The Scabbards fought valiantly on the roof of the Skull Dome, but the samurai ultimately fell before Kaidou's superior might, so their leader Kin'emon begged Luffy to carry the weight of Wano's 20 years of suffering and defeat Kaidou in their stead, which Luffy agreed to without hesitation. Luffy then finally made to the top of Kaidou's fortress. After which, they briefly fought side by side before splitting up. After hearing what Yamato had to say, Luffy removed the exploding handcuffs from Yamato's wrists that preventing him from leaving the island. Upon getting his attention, Yamato revealed that he is both a great admirer of Oden and a good friend of the late Portgas D. Yamato, the son of Kaidou who wished to see the end of his father's regime over Wano, met Luffy and managed to get the super rookie to listen to him. To Kaidou's shock Luffy strikes him with incredible power. After which Perospero proceeded to defeat the two female warriors, while Big Mom rendezvoused with Kaidou. Kaidou's fellow Emperor Big Mom was reunited with Charlotte Perospero, her first-born offspring and an officer of the Big Mom Pirates, in the front of the Skull Dome's entrance, and stated that joining forces with Kaidou was her idea, so her son reluctantly accepted her decision Just as Perospero was about to use one of his candy arrows to kill Marco, who was held captive by Big Mom, he was attacked by the Minks named Carrot and Wanda in their Sulong forms and Marco was freed. However, the Longarm was swiftly defeated by Roronoa Zoro, who then retrieved the antidote and gave it to Tony Tony Chopper so it could be mass produced and distributed to everyone. The All-Star and gifted scientist Queen started infecting members of the alliance with his latest artificial virus Ice Oni and gave the antidote to Scratchmen Apoo for safe keeping. Since his former comrades tried to kill him, X Drake decided to lend his aid to the alliance despite some of the members being suspicious of him.
Luffy the captain of this motley crew confidently proclaimed that he would be the one to defeat Kaidou. Then as the Straw Hats stood united against their foes, Monkey D. Īll the samurai present on the Live Floor were awestruck by Straw Hat Pirates as they showed off their extreme battle prowess by defeated a large portion of the Beasts Pirates' forces with relative ease.

After Kurozumi Kanjuro was exposed as the spy, Kiku asked him if there was any real companionship from their time together Kanjuro took what she said as a complement to his acting skills, showing he had no remorse in betraying the Scabbards. The Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance had successfully infiltrated Onigashima despite a few hiccups and they snuck into the Beasts Pirates' stronghold the Skull Dome by using disguises. The Red Scabbards face Kaidou atop the Skull Dome. Sorry for the mess, this section needs to be cleaned up due to some parts being irrelevant or wrong.
